The narrative centers on President Sutton attending the G20 summit in Cape Town, South Africa, accompanied by her family. The summit is violently disrupted by a terrorist faction led by Rutledge, portrayed by Antony Starr. The terrorists’ scheme, dubbed “Project Deepfake,” aims to destabilize global financial markets by taking world leaders hostage. President Sutton evades capture and embarks on a mission to outsmart the terrorists, protect her family, and defend the international delegates.
